How can I order a Krishgen ELISA?

You can order via email or by contacting our local distributors. We have distributors in 18+ countries who will be happy to support you locally. Find them here. If there is no distributor in your country, you can email us at info@krishgen.com to place your order. Our team will share additional details to complete the purchase.

Can I order directly from the website?

At this time, you can only order offline and not via the website.

What is the delivery time of the order?

Depending on the product, the lead time will change. You can check the availability of the product on the product page or email us for more information.

My university has a rate contract with Krishgen, how can I order?

If you are based in India and your university has a rate contract, simply let our customer executive know and they will provide relevant pricing for you.

How can I see the prices in a different currency?

On any page, on the top right corner, you will see a drop down with “INR” on it. Click for options of “USD” or “EURO”. If you are looking for a quote in RUB, our team can support you offline.

What is the difference between GENLISA and KRIBIOLISA products?

GENLISA products are our range of Human and Animal ELISA kits for biomarker and cytokine analytes. KRIBIOLISA is our range of thoroughly validated, highly specific ELISA for biopharma / drug discovery etc.

What temperature does the product ship at?

All Krishgen ELISA ship at 2-8 deg C.

How can I check the status of my order?

Please email us for the status of your order. If your order has been shipped, you will have received an email with tracking information already.

Is the ELISA plate break-apart for partial use?

Yes, all Krishgen ELISA have 8 x 12 strip wells that break apart and can be used independently of each other.

What is the ELISA plate used?

Krishgen uses standardised Corning ELISA microwell plates.

Can I run the plate on any ELISA reader or does it only run on some readers?

You can run the ELISA microwell plate in any ELISA reader that has a 450 nm filter.

Can I use the standard diluent to dilute my samples?

Please do not use your standard diluent for sample preparation. Each diluent from the kit has different properties and cannot be used interchangeably without additional validation.
If you require additional diluents, please get in touch with us with your kit name and lot information.
