N1-Me-pUTP or N1-Methyl-Pseudo-UTP, which is a modified nucleotide that can replace the natural cap and is added to in vitro transcription to reduce the autoimmunity, and can further improve the expression efficiency of mRNA by increasing the abundance of ribosome binding. Compared with Pseudo-UTP, N1-Methyl Pseudo-UTP can further improve the expression efficiency of mRNA in cells and reduce the autoimmunity of mRNA.
The purity of this product is 99% (HPLC), Concentration is 100 mM, the pH (25 C) is 6.9 to 7.1, there is no DNase, RNase contamination and nuclease contamination, and it has been tested for in vitro transcription functionality.
Molecular Formula: C H N Na O P (approximate, varies with hydration)
Use: Substitute for UTP in IVT for mRNA synthesis
Applications: mRNA vaccines (e.g., COVID-19 mRNA vaccines), gene therapy, mRNA therapeutics
Benefits: Increased translation efficiency, reduced immunogenicity
