TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SAMPLE ACCEPTANCE: We accept blood, serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant and other body fluids as sample matrices for testing. Samples are to be shipped frozen (dry ice). Cost may vary depending on the sample matrix.
- Sample should be clear and non-hemolyzed.
- Samples should be properly packed and parafilm sealed in falcon tubes or vials.
- Any sample that is tampered or which does not adhere to the above terms on receipt will not be processed further, and will require replacement.
Extra charges applicable if sample needs additional pretreatment. Extra charges applicable for rapid turnaround time.
RESULTS: A detailed report with information of the calibration curve and calculated concentration in pg/ml or ng/ml will be e-mailed on the provided e-mail ID / s. A signed and stamped hard copy of the results can also be couriered to your address, as required.
