Cancellation & Refunds

  1. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted due to the nature of the products (temperature-sensitive and perishable materials).
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at [insert email/contact form link] with your order number.
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • Due to the sensitive biological nature of ELISA kits, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped.
  • Refunds/replacement will only be issued if: 
    • The wrong item was sent,
    • The product was damaged during shipment, or
    • There is a confirmed product quality issue by our R&D Department.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing [insert support email] with:
    • Your order number,
    • Photos of the packaging and the product, and
    • A brief description of the issue.
  • After verification, we will arrange for a replacement.
  1. Product Quality Issues
  • If you believe there is a problem with the kit performance, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Our technical support team may request batch numbers, experimental data, and photographs to assess the issue.
  • Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect, a replacement kit or refund will be provided at our discretion.
  1. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Product Terms of Use:

Krishgen Biosystems does not warrant against damages or defects arising in shipping or handling, or out of accident or improper or abnormal use of the Products; against defects in products or components not manufactured by Krishgen Biosystems, or against damages resulting from such non-Krishgen Biosystems made products or components. Krishgen Biosystems passes on to the customer the warranty it received (if any) from the maker thereof of such non Krishgen made products or components. This warranty also does not apply to Products to which changes or modifications have been made or attempted by persons other than pursuant to written authorization by Krishgen Biosystems.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE. The sole and exclusive obligation of Krishgen Biosystems shall be to repair or replace the defective Products in the manner and for the period provided above. Krishgen shall not have any other obligation with respect to the Products or any part thereof, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. Under no circumstances, whether based on this Limited Warranty or otherwise, shall Krishgen Biosystems be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages.

This Limited Warranty states the entire obligation of Krishgen Biosystems with respect to the Products. If any part of this Limited Warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
