KRISHGEN is proud to announce the launch of the world’s largest range of ELISA for therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmacokinetic analysis. These mAb-based ELISA can be used for the quantitation of serum protein drug levels to provide accurate pharmacokinetic (PK) data and can be used in various clinical and research settings:
- to measure dosage response and required adjustment of individual patients by measuring drug levels
- to design and optimise new biopharmaceuticals
- preclinical safety assessment studies of mAbs

Krishgen’s mAb-based ELISA for Therapeutic Drug monitoring kits are based on monoclonal antibody detection for better sensitivity. A sandwich ELISA design and specific antibodies allow for a robust ELISA with low cross reactivity.
