Background:
Mogamulizumab, sold under the brand name Poteligeo,is a humanized, afucosylated monoclonal antibody targeting CC chemokine receptor 4 (CCR4). Mogamulizumab can eliminate tumor cells by antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). Mogamulizumab can be used in the research of cancers, adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATLL), cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL).

Intended Use:
