Oleclumab is a human IgG1 anti-CD73 monoclonal antibody that inhibits CD73 function. Oleclumab has an anti-tumor activity.It targets the ectonucleotidase CD73 that was designed for the treatment of pancreatic and colorectal and other cancers.
