Background:
Ravulizumab, sold under the brand name Ultomiris is a humanized monoclonal antibody that specifically binds with high affinity to the human complement protein C5. Ravulizumab can be used for the research of paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome, and myasthenia gravis.
