KRIBIOLISA CRM197 (Carrier Protein) Quantification ELISA

SKU: KBVH500

Rs 72,000.00

Enzyme Immunoassay for the estimation of KRIBIOLISA CRM197 (Carrier Protein) Quantification in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, buffers (including PBS 7.4) and other biological samples.

CRM197 (Cross-Reacting Material 197) is a non-toxic mutant of diphtheria toxin widely used as a carrier protein in glycoconjugate vaccines to enhance immune responses to polysaccharide antigens. Quantifying CRM197 during manufacturing helps monitor process consistency, assess carrier protein content in intermediates and final products, and support in-process control and quality evaluation. This KRIBIOLISA CRM197 ELISA is designed for specific, quantitative measurement of CRM197 in vaccine development and manufacturing workflows. Our ELISA kit has been validated also wih FIna Biosolutions, USA CRM197. Fina Biosolutions offers EcoCRM (CRM197). The founder/CEO, Andrew Lewes is also an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine Center for Vaccine Development, the Uniformed Services University, Dept. of Medicine, and the University of Toledo, Dept of Chemistry.

All our kits are manufactured under ISO 13485.

The KRIBIOLISA CRM197 (Carrier Protein) Quantification ELISA includes features like:
– Ready to use protocol with break-apart wells for ease of use
– Standardisation and High Reproducibility
– Lot to Lot Consistency
– Accuracy and Precision

Validated against seven points for a ?GOLD RING? Standard Quality ELISA – the benchmark sign for Krishgen Quality. The GENLISA ELISA kits are used for assessing the specific biomarker in samples analytes which may be human serum, plasma, biological fluids and cell culture supernatant. The kit uses indirect sandwich assay with double antibodies – capture and detection to ensure a high degree of sensitivity and specificity in the estimation of the biomarker – antigen/antibody. This kit has application for Carrier protein monitoring: conjugation development, consistency, comparability.
