Background:
Pritumumab is a natural human IgG1kappa mAb originally isolated from a regional draining lymph node of a patient with cervical carcinoma. Pritumumab recognizes vimentin expressing on the cell surface of the malignant tumor. It works by binding to the ecto-domain of vimentin on the surface of cancer cells.Pritumumab can be used for glioblastoma research.

Intended Use:
