Description
Background:
Runimotamab a is HER2/anti-CD3 T-cell-dependent bispecific mAb considered to present both immunostimulatory and antineoplastic effects. By binding simultaneously to CD3-expressing T cells and HER2- expressing tumour cells it creates a bridge between these latter to potentiate the T-cell cytotoxic effect against HER2+ tumour cells. An ongoing phase I trial is currently assessing Runimotamab on locally advanced or metastatic HER2-expressing solid tumours.
Intended Use:
For Estimation of Runimotamab in human serum and plasma. Krishgen’s range of KRIBIOLISA kits are developed using the high quality raw materials and are thoroughly validated for accuracy and precison. They allow quantification of serum or plasma protein drug levels, and can be used for biosimilar and generics research to understand pharmacokinetic properties of the drug.
