Background:
Sarilumab, sold under the brand name Kevzara, is interleukin-6 (IL-6) receptor antagonist, binds to the IL-6 receptor with high affinity and inhibits cis and trans signaling by IL-6, resulting in reduced inflammation. Sarilumab can be used for the research of Rheumatoid arthritis.
