International Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Conditions
  • Our ELISA kits and reagents are temperature-sensitive products and are shipped with cold packs (2–8 °C) to maintain product stability during transit.
  • Each shipment is carefully packed in Styrofoam box to ensure the required temperature is maintained until delivery.
  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery to avoid temperature excursions.
2. Shipping Locations
  • We currently ship to all countries except Iran, Iraq and Pakistan.
  • For international shipments, customers are responsible for ensuring that import permits or customs documentation (if applicable) are arranged in advance.
3. Processing & Dispatch
  • Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business day for stocked products and 2-3 weeks delivery for out of stock products after payment confirmation.
  • Shipments are dispatched Monday or Friday to avoid weekend delays in transit.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
4. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
  • Domestic – 3 – 5 days from date of order
  • International – 7 – 10 days from the date of order (shipped via FedEx / DHL)
5. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and cold packaging requirements.
  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
6. Receipt & Inspection
  • Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately.
  • If the cold pack is melted or the product appears warm, note this on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours kbiinfo@krishgen.com.
  • Do not use the product until our technical support confirms it is still safe to use.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
  • In case of delayed or lost shipments, please contact our customer service team with your order and tracking details.
  • We will work with the courier to locate your package or arrange a replacement if necessary.
8. Temperature Excursions
  • Our products are validated for stability during normal shipping durations when stored at 2–8 °C.
  • However, any extended exposure outside these conditions due to delayed receipt or incorrect address is not covered under warranty.
