At the AAI Immunology 2026 in Boston, Krishgen Biosystems presented two scientific posters highlighting advanced ELISA-based approaches for immunogenicity assessment of biotherapeutics.
- “Decoupling Drug Exposure, Binding ADA, and Functional Neutralization in Anti–PD-1 Therapy Using Orthogonal ELISA Immunogenicity Assessment.”
This poster highlighted our integrated, orthogonal ELISA-based approach to immunogenicity assessment – enabling clear differentiation between drug levels, anti-drug antibodies (ADA), and neutralizing antibody (NAb) responses in anti–PD-1 therapies.

2. “ELISA-Based Neutralizing Antibody (NAb) Detection as a Fit-for-Purpose Alternative to Cell-Based Assays for Biotherapeutic Immunogenicity Assessment.”
This poster demonstrated a competitive ELISA-based approach to detect neutralizing antibodies via inhibition of drug–target interactions-providing a robust, reproducible, and high-throughput alternative to cell-based assays with strong mechanistic relevance across biotherapeutics.
