Assay Principle

The test is based on an immunochromatographic assay. The analyte in the sample binds to colloidal/bead-labelled conjugate and migrates along the membrane by capillary action. The complexes are captured at the test line to produce a visible colored line, while the control line confirms valid test performance.

Similary aliquot and store the reconstituted standard at -20 Degree Celsius for long term storage (maximum 6 months from reconstitution) and to avoid deterioration in the activity.
